What is Epicurus Pro?
An AI digital colleague. You talk or type to it and it handles your email, calendar, contacts, calls, SMS and Teams, remembering what matters along the way.
How do I sign up?
Click Get started and register with your Microsoft or Google work account or by email. If your company uses Epicurus Pro, use the sign-in link your admin sent you.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Epicurus Pro works in any modern mobile browser, including voice. An iPhone app is on the way.
Using the agent
Can I talk to it out loud?
Yes. Press talk and speak naturally. You can choose its voice, accent and speaking speed, and use a headset.
Does it remember things?
Yes. It remembers facts and preferences you share, your past conversations and birthdays saved against contacts.
Can it make phone calls?
Yes. With a business number on your account, ask it to call or text a contact and it will. Calls are recorded, transcribed and summarised.
Will it send emails without asking?
No. It drafts and shows you what it plans to send. You stay in control.
Accounts and companies
Can my whole company use it?
Yes, on Enterprise. Add locations and staff, set roles, and give it your brand and login domain.
Can I connect more than one mailbox?
Yes. Add several personal mailboxes in My profile, and admins can add shared company mailboxes.
Which apps does it connect to?
Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Teams directly, plus more than 2,000 apps through integrations.

Is my data used to train AI?
No. Your data is never used to train AI models.
How much does it cost?
Flexi is £50 a month per person. Enterprise starts at £3,900 a month for an admin, a location and 5 employees. See Pricing.
