UK hosting
The platform and its database run in London. Data is encrypted in transit with TLS.
Single sign-on
Staff sign in with Microsoft or Google work accounts, with two-factor authentication available for everyone.
Audit log
Every important action is logged with who, when and where, so admins can see what happened.
Roles and permissions
Group admins, roles and per-person switches control who can call, text, use shared mailboxes or run lookups.
No training on your data
We use enterprise AI APIs. Your emails, calls and chats are not used to train AI models.
Direct connections
Microsoft and Google connect directly with OAuth. You can disconnect any mailbox or app at any time.
Your data, your rules
You own your data. We process it only to provide the service, as set out in our privacy policy and data processing terms. You can export or delete your data, and when you close your account it is removed in line with those terms.
